      Pros

      Great learning for younger fresh grads wanting to learn a lot. You get exposed to a lot of different projects and leadership styles.

      Cons

      Culture really depends on your team but overall the national-level team structure isnt supportive, they dont know you and promotions are a black box.

      Micromanage based on manager. Sometimes too much work pressure. Not even manageable but they do not increase the team size
