      Pros

      Good place if you join as Sales and Sevices. A great place to learn and hon your skills necessary for your next place. Good place for Retirement. Do not think too much.

      Cons

      Not so good if you join the support deparment (eg. HR,IT,Finance) Slow promotion and progression in the above department. Management do not care and look after the support. Not a good place if you want to spread your wings and fly . Leave when you have learn whatever necessary, do not waste your time if you are thinking of flying high. Lot of back stabbing and politics.

      Cons

      Toxic HOD, TOP management group like to gossip and verbal attack to demoralize employees. HIGH turnover rate. Can feel HR very stressful due to incapable of HOD people management.

      Cons

      Management is extremely condescending. Always have unrealistic expectation for the results. No sense of appreciation. Some people on the ground are lazy too, finds excuses to evade responsibilities .
