Pros

As an intern there are many organized activities that keep work enjoyable. You constantly get to interact with the other interns from every department. I was also invited to every weekly meeting, scrum, project review, etc. Even the ones that I had nothing to do with. This was helpful just to get the experience.

Cons

I don't really have much to say here. Learned as much or more from this internship than I ever did in any given year of college.

Pros

Follow Asian philosophy in not firing employees. Strong kinship culture. Yearly cash bonus.

Cons

Top and Senior Management at DENV is not transparent, not open to middle management and staff. Inconsistent future vision, no objective performance evaluation for managers and employees, no gender equality at leadership, senior management posts reserved for Flemish and Japanese. Employee and middle management salaries are below market average.
