Pros

Good industry in this difficult time. Fantastic technology. Broad portfolio. Interesting story.

Cons

I wish, I had known the following before joining CS: - No existing pipeline. - Call out days every week with score cards to measure how many customer you have called and qualified or set up a meeting. - Commissions range goes from 0-50% with low percentage and than 50-100% with higher one. - If you join during the FY, your pro-rata quota for the first year, will lower down also your earning multiplicators. Even if you will achieve 100%, yourvariable salary will be much lessn than the one you negotiated. Very disappointing. - Your mobile phone expenses will be rejected if you have a plan with a device contribution. They will force you to deduct it before re-submitting. They will not offer you or pay for a mobile device. - The company is very busy with itself and most activities border with micro-management. Lot’s of Excel lists on top of the CRM.

Layoffs disguised as firings

Cons

Toxicity and an antiquated management style dwells at the top. Be ready to go to back to the office, because the CEO seems to think he can't hit his targets with a remote workforce. He tells the public that a rough quarter is due to macroeconomic forces beyond our control, while he gaslights employees by telling them it's their fault (for not working hard enough). Layoffs are being disguised as firings (of people with no history of poor performance), despite the impact that has on future prospects for employment for that person, leaving said employee with no severance, a undeserved stain on their reputation and their dignity. All in the name of greed and hubris.
