Pros

Good healthcare Insurance, Good Pantry

Cons

The SDR team culture is highly toxic and poorly managed. Succession of poor leaders (who have left) on the team actively encourage bad behavior instead of setting an example. Lead theft, duplicate opportunity creation, and piggybacking on other members efforts are rampant. When underperforming reps do not get their way, they resort to active retaliation, workplace gossip, and exclusion. There are an handful of entitlement-driven reps who refuse to do their actual jobs, and rather spend their time gossiping in meeting rooms. Ironically, they are the ones who are not performing up to the overall team standards, in particular, a sales representative decided to mass export data and was terminated.
