It is a big chaos, the management does not know what they want, and the employees cannot get fired, so they could get really lazy. The infrastructure is very old and the culture is very cinservative so there is not enough room for innovation.

Due to the flexibility, sometimes things would get a bit chaotic, as to what should and shouldn't be done. For example due to an unclear job description and working hours system (they use the trust system, where you can basically come and go whenever you please), the workload is sometimes a bit too high to manage within the normal working hours, causing a high amount of overtime and more stress of course.
