Pros
No pros i can find for each and every simple process, we will have to take 1000 approvals which will cause a massive delay and we employees should be facing customers and no support
Cons
Same as cons, Very toxic Manager especially for me even after delivering record numbers, completely shunned, personal targeting is very high. H.R department is a complete waste it took them 2 months to properly onboard me and i had to work for 2 months without company data access, same goes when i resigned said fnf and final documents will be received within a max of 30-45 days as i am writing this 2 months are done and no proper response from H.R department regarding fnf and final documents, completely wasting our time.
