      Pros

      The work life balance is great; very rarely had to stay overtime. Managers are very professional and considerate. Never had any problems with colleagues that weren’t quickly fixed.

      Cons

      It’s an old company so change is slow. There’s always a lot of push back whenever something new is implemented.
