Pros

provides opportunities and enables you to move around if you are delivering summer Fridays! Good company culture which you can easily identify yourself with I was always proud to say where I worked

Cons

I was part of Supply Chain org. I had colleagues who worked from home every week 2 times. However, during my tenure there, my direct managers never allowed me to do so which always disappointed me

a lot of micro management and useless reports, bonuses are tied to global goals so they can become hard to get and upper management started a witch-hunt

Very collaborative culture. Always global projects to work on.

Cons

Not always transparent when filling positions internally. Usually have already selected the person filling the role before they even post the position or conduct interviews. The Pet Care Division in Topeka is kind of a dead end spot to land in. Very little opportunity for advancement and very few people actually transfer from that Division to the other parts of Colgate.
