      The senior director of tax at lady was witnessed actively practicing ageism in the workplace. If you are over 50, this lady will encourage you not to take on new tasks and to stick to what you are used to. Reported this incident to HR and not only was nothing done, the reporters were outed to their managers. I hope the federal government gets involved at some point to investigate.

      Excellent people, great brand equities, global scale

      Cons

      No innovation, resistant to change, focus on driving EPS growth through savings, no ideas or answers from management. It's like a dream land where common sense and the truth are not relevant. A new variant of optic white is NOT innovation.
