      Company has a family-feel despite being a very large/global organization. People tend to stay for 20+ years because of career growth opportunities, company culture (friendly/collaborative), and overall innovation and success of the company. Very innovative and supportive workplace.

      Cons

      A bit of favoritism at time to time but you likely get that in any company.

      Pros

      The company has a great culture and allows for great growth and opportunity to move around the company. There are also opportunities all over the country and in different divisions. Good hours.

      Cons

      The work can sometimes be monotonous depending on what function you are in. Also if you don't enjoy hands on lab practice you may not like this position. Mandatory trainings are pointless.
