      Good company reputed name in FMCG industry working time is optimum top level management is nice good hr policies good pay package

      Cons

      No learning in training colleagues are weird and less co operative For Customer development officer post they just ask you to keep doing market no training in office work

      Good brands and very strong systems and process. Very conssitent global strategies and a diversified global market

      too rigid with polices sometimes. They need to show some more flexibility to high performing employess and improve relocation benefits
