      A decent place to work,some locations better than others.

      Pros

      Plenty of room for advancement,mostly positive atmosphere. Their emphasis on customer service lately,has improved the customer experience and a happy customer is a happy employee.

      Cons

      Senior management is using a model that ,in my opinion is not going to be successful in the long term.The recent decision to lay off Branch Assistant Managers was shortsighted. Customers want someone to turn to when the Branch Manager is absent and a Relationship Banker will not do in alot of instances.

      Great compensation Feedback constant Self accountability for results, not work hours Energy Age or seniority does not matter in climbing the ladder

      Cons

      Treat contractors poorly Open feedback culture mean constant focus on "opportunities," and not trying to find strengths Lots of people trying to create work for themselves to create "visibiliity" and for the sake of saying they changed something More time is spent creating decks and preparing for meetings than actually doing work Expected to answer routine emails at all hours

      None at this time, cant think of anything that is wrong. The job is fun, people are great and there is opportunity for growth

      Cons

      No downsides. Some people can work from home and others are not able to. . It all depends on the type of work you are doing.
