Pros

Big brand therefore opportunity to work for big clients

Cons

I'm a new starter and tried to negotiate my salary to start with as it's below market benchmark for the same role. Basically you get your base salary (that is not negotiable) plus a budget to pay for your benefits. I was told that whatever is left after your selection is paid back to you. Only problem is, you have no budget. The money in your reward package only cover pension and mandatory items that are really below average: - Medical is on "you pay first, we'll refund later, maybe" and there is no history disregard - Life assurance only covers 2x - Income protection is only 50% ALL THE REST IS AT YOUR EXPENSE (dental, gym discount, tastecard, increased life assurance, increased income protection, heatsh screening or cashback). Another important point to highlight is flexibility. It was never mentioned to me at any interview stage that there was a requirement to travel, all talk was about being hybrid (remote and London based office). As soon as I started I was told (not asked, but told), I now need to travel at least 2 days a week to the client site which is 3.5h away from my home. Not the future you want clearly. Just leaving 2 stars for now because there is still hope things might change

Thanks for your comments. As a business we do cover core benefits such as private medical, life assurance and GIP and then the flexible benefits are for an individual to make based on their personal lifestyle and needs. Given the amount of travel, we would recommend your speak to your team lead about options and your personal needs. Our hybrid working model is flexible to align to working from home, office or client and is prescribed in all job descriptions and through the process. If you have advice on how we can make this clearer for new joiners, please do reach out to the TA or HR team.

Lack of clarity in career development / progression pathways 4. We should push the edge further in terms of strategic offering development

Thanks for your comments and we really appreciate all the feedback. Hopefully you've been able to attend our Kick-Off events and leadership live events, whereby many discussions have been focused around our evolvement of the internal process (HR, finance etc) and more recently the new sales offering alongside the global portfolio. If you want to discuss any of these elements further, please reach out to your team lead.
