Cons

It's tiring that you'd need to find jobs within a job. Also not much space for being innovative and creative. it's more around structuring and cooperate stuff.

No work is that important. Your management will have no idea what you do There are some that want to do a good job.

Cons

Poor leadership when it comes to new ideas. Little training for lower grades. Expectations are to do what your told not what is right.
