      Better than most but always politics

      - Good work-life balance for consulting - Some great personalities and programmes to work on - Strong values they actually stick to

      Cons

      - Long promotion process like in all consulting firms - Who you know is always better than what you do when getting a good bonus, promotion or performance rating - Mostly public sector over others and mostly delivery not advisory

      Generally a good supportive culture and nice people.

      Cons

      Well intentioned desires for gender equality are leading to preferential treatment of women in hiring, project allocation and promotion. Men are better off going elsewhere.
