Really forward thinking and empowering company with the options to work with a variety of markets and clients. The culture really is amazing and they definitely live their values of Honesty, Boldness, Trust, Freedom, Fun, Modesty & Team Spirit.

Cons

Still expanding as a company so you are required to be a self starter, but this comes with lots of opportunity, aside from this there really haven't been ay downsides to Capgemini Invent yet
