Cons

Lack of vision, support and communication from top down. Largely an unhealthy culture with little to no focus on individual growth and development. Legacy employees more focused on protecting themselves.

Cons

Cumbersome internal processes and procedures, too much internal work whilst fully utilised on client projects impacting work life balance. Below sector remuneration package compared to other similar consultancies. Slow progression, high staff turnover.
