Decent pay, interesting work and employees.
Cons
Very disorganized. Capgemini is too large for it's own good - they cannot seem to keep track of their employees and company as a whole. The leadership does not seem to be aligned on what they are doing with Invent, and if they are, there is a lack of transparency with their employees about this vision.
