      Pros

      The culture is innovative and friendly. There's lots of opportunities to get involved and the onboarding is fantastic. It's really clear how and why you can progress or get a pay increase and they are very transparent and fair.

      Cons

      If you don't have time to contribute internally because of client work, you are not going to get promoted. Doesn't pay as much as other consultancies. But better culture so weigh it up!

      Meritocratic- if you work hard you will be rewarded Entrepreneurial- nobody will say no to a good idea

      Cons

      You are consulting - sometimes you have a hard client or project. Sometimes you’ll have no project
