"Strategy" consulting arm of a larger organization struggling to find its identity

Smart people, decent benefits, and many areas of "expertise"

Cons

The services/projects sold do not match who they advertise to be (to clients, prospective employees, etc.). Sales team only care about numbers regardless of the burden it puts on the delivery team (no accountability for cutting too many corners or delivery failures due to overcommitments made by those driven by sales targets).

Cons

Could use internal consulting -- leadership 'transformations' happen every couple years making it confusing to keep up with the changing biz units and structure/focus. Quality of work/life balance varied greatly by project

Global culture, interesting work and projects focussed on innovation and sustainability , great work life balance. I had the opportunity to attend InventX, Capgemini's global learning event hosted at Capgemini University in France. It is a great experience to upskill and meet colleagues worldwide.

Cons

Sometimes you may be on the same project for a while.
