There are a lot of pros of working at Camunda. When I was hired I worked for the management and as the team grew I became part of a department. So what I liked the most was: 1. Company culture - the level of transparency is just amazing. It makes you feel you are part of a bigger picture and mission. 2. Caring management - the humility and how the management cares regardless of your position at the company. I remember a time when Jakob (CEO) went to a shop to get sandwiches when he overheard someone missed lunch/was hungry - we were coming back from a company retreat from a different country. Another one is having a great back office team who are always there to help. 3. Mission - most of the colleagues I knew cared about the mission of the company to help companies in digitalization. As a horizontal tech Camunda's software can be used in any industry.

Not yet an employee at Camunda, but the way they handled the interview was great. -transparency during the whole process: I knew exactly what awaits me at every step of the interview - punctual reply confirming the next stage - very friendly
