Pros
There are a lot of pros of working at Camunda. When I was hired I worked for the management and as the team grew I became part of a department. So what I liked the most was: 1. Company culture - the level of transparency is just amazing. It makes you feel you are part of a bigger picture and mission. 2. Caring management - the humility and how the management cares regardless of your position at the company. I remember a time when Jakob (CEO) went to a shop to get sandwiches when he overheard someone missed lunch/was hungry - we were coming back from a company retreat from a different country. Another one is having a great back office team who are always there to help. 3. Mission - most of the colleagues I knew cared about the mission of the company to help companies in digitalization. As a horizontal tech Camunda's software can be used in any industry.
Cons
There is always room for improvement and they always ask for feedback to improve. But in general can't think of any major cons.
