      Pros

      Coworkers, flexibility, 401k, good experience for career growth.

      Cons

      No where to go up, pay could be better, some employees do way more work than others in the same department and management doesn't pay attention to work loads.

      Pros

      If you are fresh from college or simply are just looking for a paycheck, good place. You will get decent experience on GC-MS, TCD, & FID. good PTO/benefits.

      Cons

      Second shift, not actually a science oriented company. since the lab only has two people (one on each shift), you will have to work a double if the other scientist takes any pto.
