Very Sr. Mgmt heavy. The Org chart is very complicated and in cases more a matrix which can cause confusion and conflicts. Too many mgmt layers to go through to get to a quick decison. Tend to let good, skilled employees go who have been in the industry for a long time who are typically mid-mgmt and below yet continue to increase the number of positions above mid-mgmt.

Antiquated employees that only offer abuse, disparaging and abusive behaviors towards others, disrespectful atmosphere, and use others as scapegoats. If you want to work for a company that only cares for themselves and is not a team atmosphere, work here. At your own risk of losing your job when you work hard and make your boss look like a lazy butt. If I could give a zero or negative score I would. The company needs a major overhaul of its management and organization. Anyone below is referenced as subordinates. No respect. Period.
