Pros
Working hours are flexible, the infrastructure is quite impressive: the building is fresh & new, well designed, there's a nice gym, free coffee and great cantine. I won't mention the great parties, that's already well known. The selection process was fast and reliable, human resources and personnel departments had agile actions. In the first day, a general training on the company is provided and the building is introduced.
Cons
The fluctuation is quite high, especially for students and young work force. The main reasons are salaries under expectation, lack of career plan and no reliability on employees. Even though is claimed as "flexible hours", the employee is required to be at the office, no home-offices are (in theory) allowed, even if it's just a day. General Management controls every step and decisions too close and in details, there's no space for autonomy.
