      Friendly helpful colleagues, international mix of colleagues, great office space, cafeteria and gym, great to gain experience, cool technology, flexible work hours

      Cons

      Middle management scramble to please CEO without a clear idea of how to do so, male dominated management with few female role models, overtime not paid, very poor training (only 400 EUR allotted per year), non transparent compensation structure

      Professional work place, most of the time Pays good

      Cons

      Many people this company doesn’t deserve to be managers, they lack the leadership. Working hours are way over the limit. Not appreciated. Many people are snacks and want just to get a chance to bite you in the back.
