Pros

Great culture. Smart, young, and cool company (think Apple or Google). Average age seems like it must be between 20-30 yrs, Travel to places you've never been (Germany, all over the USA). Great Benefits (Medical PPO, Dental, Vision). Gratifying work because it influences patient treatment. Company parties a couple times a year (open bars, music, meals, airfare... the works). Lots of perks (frequent flyer miles, hotel stay programs, rental cars, Max per diem $40/day for travel, lots of tools).

Cons

Pay is on the lower end of the 'competitive' range. Travel can get exhausting. Paperwork and documentation is an ever-present annoyance (welcome to the medical-device industry). Dealing with customers can be tricky (They always expect perfection). Training is getting better but still leaves a lot to be desired. Career advancement happens quickly, but somewhat unexpectedly (hard to plan a career arc). Lots of turnover (employees leave, change job titles, or get promoted after about 2-3 yrs at their position)

Pros

- nice company culture (depends on where your region is) - can work at your own pace as long as you produce results - good work life balance / flexible - if you have a good team in a branch or regional area, there's almost zero politics - can learn a lot and have opportunities to travel (tons if you are in sales / support) - lots of people stay in the company. stable and flexible. - can move around laterally but promotions are rare - cool technology and medical equipment !!

Cons

- since it's still growing, you can see bureaucracy and politics starting - as a global company, it's considered small so you will have ample work to keep you busy. when colleagues leave, you might have to cover their work. if you are wilful enough -- say no. - pay is good if you're hired for technical skills + a sales role. sales people are the rock stars in the company. other than that, pay is not so good - benefits are close to zero if you are in branches. - HQ gets a lot of freebies but other branches don't.
