Pros
- nice company culture (depends on where your region is) - can work at your own pace as long as you produce results - good work life balance / flexible - if you have a good team in a branch or regional area, there's almost zero politics - can learn a lot and have opportunities to travel (tons if you are in sales / support) - lots of people stay in the company. stable and flexible. - can move around laterally but promotions are rare - cool technology and medical equipment !!
Cons
- since it's still growing, you can see bureaucracy and politics starting - as a global company, it's considered small so you will have ample work to keep you busy. when colleagues leave, you might have to cover their work. if you are wilful enough -- say no. - pay is good if you're hired for technical skills + a sales role. sales people are the rock stars in the company. other than that, pay is not so good - benefits are close to zero if you are in branches. - HQ gets a lot of freebies but other branches don't.
