      One of the best companies one can think of in terms of client work, topics, culture and colleagues

      Pros

      - Office culture and atmosphere among colleagues is great, personal growth for consulting staff is good but quite mixed for the business support team members. - There is lot of information disseminated in terms of what's going on in the company. - The company has set up a good training program which is enlarged every year. People have the opportunity to attend two trainings per year and are encouraged to make use of it.

      Cons

      Opporunities to take over a new role in other internal departments could be better promoted.

      Great for consultants, terrible for admin staff

      Pros

      Vast majority of reviews are from consulting staff not admin. - Pay is good - All the perks that the consultants get - International travel

      Cons

      Admin staff basically paid well but are 3rd world citizens. Except to be treated as such by consulting - IT Management are very chaotic - Flat structure; very little chance to grow - No real technical training - Expect to be on call with no recompense - Low budgets = weak resources = overworked people After 3-4 years you have essentially learnt to work adhoc and not learnt anything about IT. Don't do it if you except a career in IT.
