      Knowhow of BCG is above industry, great learnings for the team, very high client delivery work.

      Cons

      Also BCG works hard to optimize work-life-balance, its still a consulting company

      If you come from a business background, you learn some tech basics fast nice and friendly peers decent consulting lifestyle

      Cons

      Gamma promises to let you experience the best of both worlds, Data Science and Management Consulting, but at the end of the day you tend to rather see the drawbacks of both worlds No real tech culture or tech-savvy peers, it is more important to follow the customer's wishes or to make things look nice on slides than to do the right thing from a technical point of view Many projects are not strategic -> Not the right place for those into innovation or creative bent of mind

      -Great brand name that opens doors when you want to leave -Work can be challenging in a good way -Great network with mostly cool colleagues

      Cons

      -Insane working hours (at least in Italy, Germany and some other countries) -Tough up-or-out-culture -Lots of dull work -Weak internal processes
