      - DRS does not reflect BCG in terms of culture and opportunities - Often treated as a second class citizen with no recognition of industry experience - Poor salary compensation - Managers have no interest in your career development and block any ideas and opportunities that may allow for more interesting work - Very transactional and monotonous work with no building of expertise - Many tensions between the DRS and Knowledge team since most DRS employees try to transition to the Knowledge team for better development opportunities
