      Pros

      The first 2 years here are incredible. The learning is so fast and furious that you should almost have to pay tuition. The quality of the people is incredible, the case opportunities are fascinating, and the benefits are second-to-none.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, as you move up in the organization the hours get longer, the expectations higher, and the challenge to make it a sustainable career insurmountable. The constant travel, heavy hours (routinely 70+ hrs/wk) and non-stop, always-on nature of the job make it very tough.
