Pros

The number one reason to work at BCG is the people. BCG has some of the best and brightest people that you will ever get the pleasure of working with. But beyond them being smart, they are also humble and willing to go the extra mile to help you. I've been in the corporate world before BCG and know first hand how rare it can be to have wonderful colleagues like the ones that you will meet at BCG.

Cons

Travel and unpredictability are the biggest downers. But, this is more a function of management consulting in general.

I love working with these amazing people. We're surrounded by super smart people that are also very human and 'down to earth' The atmosphere and culture is great

Cons

working hours can be tough, but they compensate with 'beach time' and with social activities that make it fun to get to work the next day
