      Pros

      I think that BCG offers good training and great business exposure. It is very easy for the employees to get strong connections with real business world.

      Cons

      You have to take the long working hour. Travelling is far more frequent than other types of jobs. It is not easy to keep the balance between work and family life.

      Really strong firm with a great track record both in the market and with their staff (forbes best list). Great benefits Strong management and strategic direction (better than other firms I've worked at)

      Cons

      Still a very challenging industry and business model that requires long hours at all levels Compensation is generally cash based so does not have the same upside as equity driven compensation
