      The best reasons I can think of for why I would choose to work of at the Boston Consulting Group include the compensation, the excellent health benefits, the smart people you work with and the tough problems that you can solve

      The reasons I can think of for why some other might not choose to work of at the Boston Consulting Group would be the long hours, but this is typical of the industry and the company pays a lot of attention to work-life balance

      They provide a lot of opportunities to work on different kinds of projects which can help the employees find their own interests and pursue their own career.

      Cons

      Work load is very high. Need to work late in the nights usually. Given the payment level, the salary could be higher.
