      Hi thanks for your review and more importantly thanks for the % years plus that you spent with us, that really is appreciated. I'm not sure when you left us but we have been working hard on areas like scheduling / breaks / holidays etc. It's always a challenge in a Customer Service environment balancing individual needs and customer needs but I hope we are making progress in the right direct.       Many team leaders have no people skills whatsoever. They are team leaders as it was the natural path to take when thinking about evolving.

Learning and Development are my top priority for 2017 as it is an area we can do even more on, so I appreciate the feedback and am sure it is an area that we will see significant progress on next year.
