Meaningful work, incredible team and colleagues, a company that really cares about its employees (work/life balance, great benefits, amazing office), a product that people love, open lines of communication, great tech.

Cons

Sometimes an overwhelming amount of systems/processes that lead to inefficiency/confusion

Pros

The employees were nice and friendly

Cons

The HR practices and strategies, especially during Covid 19, made everyone redundant. which caused utter disengagement of employees, they were aware that everyone was losing their jobs, and they still had to work, it became a totally toxic work culture, stressful workplace, Impaired employee well-being
