Pros

Sometimes they cater lunch. Some nice people.

Cons

Literally everything else. Loud distracting environment, job that could be done from home is onsite -only, little to no care for associate safety, uncomfortable working conditions, low pay, constantly-changing processes and tools, higher-ups that will literally lie to us and respond to concerns with a form letter. Strange shift hours mean functionally no work-life balance.

Pros

Only pros I see is the brand name now.

Cons

It was a great experience since 2018, However the leadership was change in 2024, since then the environment is more like a domestic call center. They are least worried about being customer centric or employee centric and employee satisfaction, mental health.
