Old-timers(who came Ness technologies - a service based org) ruling the floors. The quality of top management is pathetic as almost all are from ness( not so great minds/toppers). Too much of confusion inside the organization, lot of politics. No control over the employees. Everyone is king here. It's easy to get hired in senior/managerial roles as the quality of the interview process and panels are highly potential :P Some depts. are gone case. It's not at all a PRODUCT based organization, worst than a service company.

I write it from a perspective a fresh college hire. If you are in my position and are from a decent college , please do not make the mistake of applying here . You can do much better. From promotion schemes, performance ratings , technology they work on , overall possibility of growth and every other thing you associate with a good company is absolutely mediocre at best. I can count on my one hand the number of teams doing good work. Do yourself a favor , work elsewhere.
