      Pros

      Good salary, employee benefits are also good. AC cabs, breakfast, lunch and snacks.

      Cons

      No learning growth. Very poor technologies might be 20 yrs back. People who don't know basic programming becomes architects. Management is very very poor. HR will take feedback and will be thrown into dust bin. In fact I have given so many feedbacks with proof, no result. There is no room for new ppl, unless you are expert playing politics and show off. Managers are surviving by increasing their team size, and there is no work to ppl, especially services vertical. Amadeus global company is different and Amadeus Bangalore is different. Only brand is same,narrow mined ppl. Never seen company in my career like this.

      Pros

      Good weather Except the good weather of south of France (which is not merit of Amadeus) I cannot find any pros

      Cons

      No chance to improve your skills Very old and in house technologies used Despite being a developer you spend 99% of your time troubleshooting and bug fixing a huge code base which is just spaghetti code Code quality below 0 0 socializing if you don't speak French Job extremely boring and frustrating for whoever likes developing software No chance of promotion life very expensive compared to the salaries Canteen expensive, more than 3uer of admission fee My advise is to stay away from this company if you are a good developer and you want to progress.

      Pros

      The culture of Bangalore is good. Pune's corporate culture is entirely service-based.heavy job load.

      Cons

      In the Pune location, politics are very prevalent. At its height, micromanagement. People from Cybage who joined Amadeus did not actually perform any work. instead, they engaged in political games and social interactions with diligent workers. Only lunch and snacks are consumed at the workplace by transversal leads. Every project will have 10% availability, and they won't touch the code. Company not going in the correct path. Please don't join the pune location.
