Pros

Entrepreneurial culture. Smaller teams and direct interaction with senior leadership. It is a fast growing firm which needs younger people.

Cons

Lack of formal training and onboarding at the mid management level. Roles and responsibility not clearly defined. Hence better business processes need to be in place. There is a lack of interest and investment in the development of an individual's career path or aligning them with their strengths.

Pros

Very bright individuals (in general) and above Big4 salary.

Cons

Terrible hours (driven by Directors) - often 'first to arrive last to leave' mentality justified by rates. Very experienced staff end up being simple ppt jockeys at exorbitant rates. No transparency in career progression. No defined / repeatable methods for anything and nobody to sponsor such initiatives.
