Yes you can learn a lot and get a lot of opportunities

Cons

Yes you need to work long hours and hustle culture but if you like that it's great However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Communication between the business and tech teams is often lacking, leading to misaligned expectations and avoidable delays. Furthermore, while the project managers are well-meaning, many of them seem to lack the necessary experience to navigate complex projects effectively, which can sometimes hinder progress.

Very hard to grow within organisation. Environment can be a bit toxic. There are a few people who are difficult to work with and don't support new staff or people from other departments.

Firm's culture needs a decent re-review and stressful, no chances given Unimaginable expectations - you take on one job but you’re expected to do 4. Plus hour days are common. small recognition for jobs well done. Back to back conference calls with no time to do any meaningful work whatsoever
