      -Strong products for 80% of businesses -Fair compensation for early level sales personnel -Strong payroll brand name can get you in the door -Lots of divisions to move to if you live in teh right city, not Denver

      Cons

      -Service has been sliding for quite some time -Business public percieves that the organization is so big that they don't really care about individual clients -Try too hard to push an Enterprise talk track that half of the DMs cannot execute because they can't tie the loose ends together -Takes an eternity to move up usually

      their training is very extensive and will follow you in which ever career path you choose to take. they take care of their employees, and recognizes your work. company perks/benefits

      Cons

      unfortunately like any job in sales, if your performance is below quota, you will not surviive some regions have their "favorites" and play favoritism

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity to promote if you put your time in. Great work atmosphere and people to work with. Company was trying hard to improve day to day operations and improve quality of work and fulfillment of work.

      Cons

      Hiring process takes too long. Promotions were not unheard of to take six weeks. Otherwise, ADP was a great place.
