- No collaborating with management - More value is given to the clients versus employees - Mandatory OT - Bias upward movement - To many unnecessary layoffs - Low pay - Management needs to be retrain on proper procedures and protocols - Micro-Management - To many decisions are being made without employee input

Pros

I made a few friends and occasionally won a few cash prizes for good work. They once threw us a happy hour.

Cons

I think most of the employees are unethical and self serving. Culture is cuthroat and felt a lot like high school. Management will manipulate you to the point where you'd do pretty much anything to make a sale. They will treat you like dirt. No room to grow and not open to helping you explore internal opportunities. Not flexible at all so if you ever need to leave five minutes early or are running late, want to work from home for a day, or go to an appt during lunch - don't expect to. Schedule is highly regimented and asking for special treatment isn't allowed unless you're in a select "elite" group of favorite employees.
