      Pros

      Great coworkers and energy. Lovely grounds and location.

      Cons

      Higher level management is ruining the office. Laying off top performers with cop excuses. Empty promises of promotions and career advancement. The job itself is awful and you get yelled at by clients frequently. The only thing that keeps people around is the benefits. Cafeteria has a fruit fly infestation.

      Pros

      There is potential to qualify for incentive trips and company stock (it takes forever to vest). If you last over a year, you will get many recruiters contacting you for better opportunities.

      Cons

      I made less money my second year after selling MORE due to the change in the Comp plan. You also have to play the political game to win in the Denver office. The people that are actually knowledgeable about sales end up getting “managed” by the folks that aren’t which leads to a tough environment. If you are a “lone wolf” type sales person that can thrive in an environment with unqualified leadership, low morale and a less than optimal culture, you can survive. Otherwise, best to steer clear.

      Cons

      Where do I start - most sales people in the UK have been missing their targets by 40%-50% or more for years - if you're a top performer I'd advise looking elsewhere for your next role.
