Pros

Opportunity for advancement, work life balance, flexibility, great benefits, competitive pay, talented colleagues, diverse, well known and respected clients, strong, fair and empathetic President and sr leadership team. Willing to make changes and adapt to different clients and their needs.

Cons

It requries being flexible and being willing to adapt to change as clients needs change and this may not be a good fit for all types of staff.

Pros

ADP is a large organization so they are able to offer great benefits and a safe workplace environment.

Cons

It would be nice if management was promoted because they deserved it but most of these people are promoted because of seniority or who they know. I am tired of working hard and not being recognized for it just because I choose to actually come to work and work and not socialize.
