Pros

Position allowed me to work from home & choose my hours like 6-3, 7-4, 8-5. This was a great work/life balance. Training was available remotely. ADP provides lots of resources. I had a manager who built a strong team.

Cons

Requires lots of self-discipline as one can feel isoloated. Job can be stressful. Higher salary or bonus would be a plus.

Pros

Work from home remotely encouraged Strong balance sheet Heavy client service emphasis Most training delivered virtually, learning is encouraged if you have time for it.

Cons

Disparate support models for product and client centric approaches difficult to navigate No overarching approach to bridging different systems and products across ADP Performance reviews are mainly a suggestion Practice where even if in vacation you may not be on vacation due to a client need
