If. You. Are. BLACK, do not expect fair treatment or promotions at the same pace as your counterparts/white colleagues. Race is a large issue in this company, as it pertains to advancement.

Benefits and 401K. Amenities in office.

Cons

Over worked. Base of clients too high. ‘Want you to grow in position’ but don’t let you take opportunities presented without pulling teeth. Management will make false promises and put the world on our shoulders and wonder why we are failing. Stressed at all times.
