Pros

Worldwide recognition, good insurance, and okay pay.

Cons

Work-life balance is terrible. Management has no technical ability so they're essentially micro-managers. The technical assistance you receive can range from a 1-10, you'll quickly learn which "SSS" you can actually get support from and which ones do what feels like bare minimum. Working with other departments is worse then working with an escalated client. The company will often ask for your opinion but if it does not fall in line it'll be met with a swift rebuttal and any information you do provide doesn't get acted on. Now with Covid-19 the company is stripped back OT and expects you to be able to do the same amount of work within less of a time frame. I feel this company is a lot of lip service but not a ton of action. This is a company that preaches there social responsibility, sends a company wide e-mail about the importance of "Juneteenth" and has you come to work on MLK day.
